happy monthniversary bao bao! (^_^)

wheeee! Me and xiang celebrated our monthniversary today! 28.04.09 hehehe.. I made him wait for an hour( or is it more...?) for me at city hall mrt. :( so bad of me right... didn't know he would reach there so early.. IM SORRY BAO BAO!:( *KISS* :) We went to collect the tickets for my bintan trip HOORAY!!! and cuz the lovely lady at the counter took some time to settle the admin stuff, I told xiang to go look at the brochures and guess what? He went to look at the brochures for honeymoon. then when i stared at him and told him its for married couples, he said, "aiyah, we can go in advance mah..." hehehee..and i said, "huh? bao bao ah....dun be crazy la" when actually, * nini smiling secretly to herself inside* Then he put back the brochure and sulked." orh.. then don't go lor.. I dun want go liao.' Buuuuhh... bao bao.. hahaha u silly tuut. of cuz i want to go holiday with u la!

Its been a rainy rainy day...but we braved through the drizzle to visit our dear friend hanney! HAHA.. han, aren't u gladdd :D xiang msged sherhan on my behalf and halfway through the messages, sher ask how come i sound like xiang ( cuz its xiang who's answering your msges on my behalf dearie hahahahah) and she tot i had split personality. HAHAHAHA.. anyway, we had tea at delifrance and then she begged us to let her serve us at the counter where she worked. LOL thats how borrrred she is, standing there and looking at all the tai tais and their bling blings waltz by.so we went down to the counter and she put on a couple of watches for me, while xiang looked at all the shiny watches on display. :D I think we made quite a ruckus there... cuz xiang said some obscene joke and we were laughing like crazy toads. so unglam. HAHAHAHAHAHHAA

Me and xiang went to shaw house to see if there were any movies to watch, but there were only TWO movies. what the hellll.. and then we saw this signboard that says that all movie patrons need to surrender their mobiles phones to the security counter before watching the show. -.- like wtf...?! we ended up eating ice cream downstairs instead. slurp! I think xiang and I are a really unique couple.. hehs. cuz on the way back in the MRT, our carriage was occupied by couples at the ends of the seats. One couple was sleeping, the other was engrossed in the handphone and something, and guess what we are doing? Reading our storybooks we borrowed from the libray. HAHA.. bookworms...

what a week..end..

whee hoots! Its MONDAY again!! and i HAVE NO SCHOOL WAHAHAHAAHA! :P poor xiang xiang gotta wake up at 5am everyday and travel for almost 2 hours to reach school.what a dedicated teacher u are bao bao! *CLAP CLAP* HEHS.This weekend has been really fruitful, cuz we cleared xiang's room. As in, shifted EVERYTHING out of the room until only the bedstand is left. hahahaha eveything else was taken out and washed, dusted and then rearranged. Its like taking a walk down memory lane in some ways as we look through all the dusty piles of papers, files and nitty gritty stuff. We found a birthday note written to him wayyy back when he was in sec 2, some pics of him when he was a goon-looking boy boy hehehe and all the school records when he was in pri,sec and JC. And all the trophies! I was like WOAH!!!!! SO MANY!!! cuz u see, fat ducky nini only has ONE trophy for sports in my whole 20 years. ={ and xiang has like.. at least 2 for pri, sec and sec each. So he has a whole row of trophies.. so much that I had trouble trying to fit all in. Im so jealous.Buuuh..Mr Long Legs likes running and basketball, Ms Short Duck feet likes sleeping and napping. Quack~~SNORE~~

Anyway, this is how the room looks like now!! Nice ain't it? ;P




And then we celebrated my little cousin's bday at my granny later on in the evening! Xiang and i went early to decorate the place and since xiang was the official balloon person, ( heh heh)my 2 little cousins are crowding around him like aunties to a sale outside Metro. HAHA.. Joy, my 6 year old cousin, kept pulling the sculpting balloon and some burst cuz she just twisted them happily without even LOOKING at it. -.- And the best thing is that she just laughed when the balloon exploded. O.O While ME,the WEAK HEARTED duck, almost had a heart attack each time the balloons burst, which is more than 10 times I think. I should have been dead by now. -.- Joy's little sister, Joelle ( the 2 yr old birthday girl) is the mini version of Joy, SHE AIN'T SCARED OF THE BALLOON AT ALL!!! what scary kids they are.. =S So me and xiang pumped a couple of baby balloons for Joelle to play, and we put them into a basket. Joelle is so funnneeee, cuz she kept taking the balloons out of the basket and then giving them to xiang, for no reason at all! Hahaha.. and xiang was so amused by the way Joelle talks. Her papa was asking her what she wants, then Joelle said, in her cute little 2 year old voice, "I wannn... wannn tooo treeee forrr!" HAHAHA i think she just learnt to say '1, 2, 3, 4' hehehe silly girl~

Dinner was yummmy!! Auntie nancy cooked chilli crabs and there was KFC, Pizza and soft drinks ( coke for xiang, as usual). The birthday cake was so prettty!!!! It had the picture of Elmo on top, cuz Joelle's favourite character is Elmo. HEHE



I went to see the doc yesterday for my indigestion.And when I described to her that I was feeling bloated and nauseous, she looked at me and asked if I was pregnant. -.-Er....... when i told xiang, he laughed and then said "if only". ER.......I hope the pills work... I feel as though Im carrying stones in my stomach. When i roll on the bed, the 'stones' roll with me. later roll off the bed. plakk. sigh..

food craze~~

IM HAVING A BAD BAD CASE OF INDIJESTION. :( Since yesterday evening... groan... Its hurting my tummy real bad. Mummy won't stop chiding me about the nonya dumpling I had for lunch.Sigh. Maybe I shouldn'have eaten that since it is, as I quote form my health-freak mum, 'oily, sticky and very hard to dijest you dumb bell" :( Buuuh.. And its still hurting a little now as I write. Bleagh.. And I ate a cheesecake on top of that dumb dumpling. ( dumbling!!) And i tell you, Macafe's cheesecakes are the WORST I've ever eaten in my whole life!! Its so damn bloody dry, and the cheese taste like cheeseless cheese. And the biscuit base is so darn horrible, xiang xiang said they probably scrapped off the crusts from the apple pies to make the base. Then he went on with his theory on how the apple pies were getting smaller because the workers are rubbing off the sides of the apple pies to make the biscuit base -.- I don't blame him for snorting at me when I looked at the cheesecake miserably. Sigh... But I Simply refuse to eat another Mac meal of fillet O Fish or McChicken AND FRIESSSSSS. Sob Sob...And Xiang's watch turned kuku today, because the second hand, instead of moving every second, JUMPED every 4 seconds. HAHA! We observed the watch for a whole minute and indeed, the second hand sprung to the next position only after 4 seconds.. wahahahahahah the world is going crazy..

Me and xiang xiang went to watch 'Taken' yesterday and the show is just so apt for my vacation man... Scaring the toooot out of me cuz its about a girl who kena kidnapped when she went on holiday on Paris and then sold as a virgin-prostitute to some Qatar Shiekh. Her poor friend died on a forced heroin overdose :/ I sure hope nothing DRAMATIC as that happens on my trip... GULP.. Xiang Xiang kept tugging my sleeve and telling me not to go with those cutsey doe-eyes, but but... I WANNA GO HOLIDAY WITH MY GIRLS!!! SOB. Then Xiang said ," But im not so pro like the guy in the movie lei... later halfway i kena killed then cannot save you how? " And to that i replied, " Hmmmm then can get your whole battalion to come save us!" And xiang xiang guffawed,then said, "HAHAHAHAHA liddat we haven set foot to bintan then kena arrested already lor... for mass gathering!" HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Later on we had dinner with his papa at the kopitiam near our houses and I say, that place is so dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!! When i sat down to do cross stitch while waiting for the food, I saw this giant cockroach crawling on the floor behind us and I SHRIEKED before lifting my legs up onto the next chair. As if that wasn't enough, that stupid cockroach crawled TOWARDS our table!! AIYEEEEEEE!!!!! I was so pissssed at that stupid black thing with feelers and then 5 mins later, another small disgusting thing landed on xiang's arm. -.- I wonder if his bak kut teh or my teriyaki beef had any essence of some unknown ingredient... When I told my mum about it she said I should have just called the NEA and made a big fuss out of it.LOL!

Im so tired now.. cuz me and xiang cooked dinner for the whole family today! hehehehe and it was darn funny in the kitchen with a male amatuer *ahem* hehehehe.. You should have seen how he peeled the prawns. HAHAHAHAHA.. thinking about it makes me wanna ROFL la. Cuz i demonstrated once to him, but little xiang xiang is soo anxious about having his hands dirtied that he kept muttering to himself while peeling the shells off. And when he came to peeling off the head (which I specifically told him to keep the juices in but he washed it ALL off anyway) he was positively yelping and whining because he couldn't get the headshell to detangle from the head. Mummy was watching him with this superrr amused smile and the whole 2 hours that we spent in the kitchen, she was just laughing or chuckling whenever she sees xiang handling the food. HAHAHAHAHA.....But he did a good job of peeling the radish, carrots and potato, and I even let him try frying the prawns and brocolli by himself. Xiang was so funny, cuz he stood an arm's length away from the wok when he fried the vegetables when normally, we just stand near it so the food wouldn't jump about so much when they are being stir-fried. And he turned to me and explained, " I think i finally know why my arms are so long..Because they have a purpose and my hidden talent is to be a professional chef..." -.- HAHAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA lame!!!!!And he cooked the entire pot of corn soup with chicken by himself! Im so proud of my bao bao.. *sniff sniff* And mummy said he's learning fast. So tonight's dinner consisted of stir-fried brocolli with prawns, beef stew which i cooked, pan-fried fish and corn soup with chicken!heheheehehe see what my budding chef whipped up!





Its finally getting windy around here.. whoo!Im gonna celebrate my little cousin's birthday tmr! xiang's the official balloon blower/sculptor! I've yet to buy a present for the little girl, but xiang and i went to kiddy palace yesterday and this was what we found... smashed-in-the-nose piglet from winnie the pooh. HAHAHAHA I dunno which pervert did that but its super funny!!!!!! And xiang added on to the pervert's job by stripping pooh. HAHAHAHAH

LOL.. xiang is exhausted by now.. he's fast asleep on my bed liao. >.< looks like i have to sleep on the sofa tonight.. buuuuhh~

ugly fish

buuuuh. im such a piggg.. i woke up at 4pm today.Having slept for more than 12 hours. Xiang called me at 3.45pm+ and I picked up the phone goggily "ummmuuh..?"
and he was in total disbelief that i can be such a PIG.bleagh. I think it has something to do with the dreams i have. They just seem to suck me in. :( Like about 2nights ago, I had this weird dream about being in a concentration camp. And this concentation camp is one of its kind, because we are made to STUDY in this camp. Like what the %$@!#&? The weird part is my Indian Prof is the camp master. HAHA and I was being whipped off to collect more books for the whole bunch of people sitting down in the parade square reading feverishly. I think its a sign from the God of Exams.. Maybe my exam didn;t go so well.. or maybe I screwed it up big time :{ Ok Ok im getting paranoid...

I hate the weather. Its sooooo blooodddyyy hot and Im sweating like a pig, and considering the amount of time i spend sleeping i think im going to turn into one big, fat, stinky, smelly, sweaty pig. BOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!! OINK! And whats worse is that I have to cook tonight cuz mummy brought nick out to collect his glasses.( and his glasses looks like some old man's.. * sniggers*) AND SO I SPENT 1 HOUR IN THAT KITCHEN WITH THE DOOR CLOSED AND NOT THE SLIGHTEST BREEZE. Grr.. Having to cut the cauliflower, carrots, mushroom, capsicum and peel the prawns with nobody to talk to made me so bored, especially in that heat so when i came to the last dish -->steamed white promfret, I started talking to the fish. And that fish is the UGLIEST fish I've ever talked to! its head is so impossibly small, i wonder if fish have brains. When I pulled his mouth open to look inside, he looked like he was gasping for air like some dumbo. acckkk.. Anyway his corpse is shared between 4 human stomachs now.. wahahahahaha...

today went to work again and i saw my soya bean from YESTERDAY that really really coagulate until its dam freaking disgusting...................i pour that yucky pucky stuff down the drain then it just lump there like some 500 gram worth of thick semen -.- imagine people..IMAGINE!!

I CUT MY HAIR ={

I DID IT. I SNIPPED OFF LIKE, 3/4 OF MY HEAD ='{ boohoo... and im experiencing hair withdrawal syndrome. BOOHOO!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't sleep last night... tossed and turned around in bed till 4am though I went to bed at 12am plus and I felt soooo drained. Sigh... And i guess part of why i couldn't sleep was that I was worried if I slept this way or that way, I would flatten my new hairdo and look like a pancake-head in the morning -.- Sigh.If only xiang xiang around!!! BOOHOO ="[

But thanks Hanney and Tiana,=) for accompanying me to J Salon and sitting throught the whole emotionally excruciating 2 hours as Joanne happily snipped off my locks of brown and golden hair. *HUGS GIRLS!*

Thinking back, it was quite a nice session in the salon ( minus my hair cutting part.. sob) cuz tiana was there to join me and hanney after what, 6 years?? And she changed!!! hahahaha she looks like my ideal long hair doll.. sobs. If only my hair is as thick as hers... And she kindly pointed out to me before the haircut that she would need a hairclip TWICE as big as mine in order to bunch up her hair like i did. LOLS... And as usual Hanney was prancing about the salon using their hairspray in an attempt to fluff up her already bob bobstlye hair. But after 5 mins at the back of the salon where i heard her shrieking and exclaiming while i sat obediently in my seat with water dripping off my head... She came back and flopped down on the chair. Cuz she couldn't get the hairspray to work for her. HAHAHAHA...

Earlier on we girls had tea at Coffee Club at Taka! And STEPHANIE SUN WAS SITTING AT THE TABLE NEXT TO US!!! Nobody seemed to notice her though... and I gotta say she's really skinny. Like Africa-kid like of skinny! One gust of wind and I bet she would have been blown off in her red dress like Mary Poppins without the umbrella.whee... And im going to bintan!!!! yay!!! settled the arrangement with the agency liao... and fang zi owes me $100. heh heh heh. I feel so happy and light hearted when me and hanney stepped out of the agency and walked back to city hall. Seeing the SMU Admin building and knowing my exams are sooo overrrrr makes me wanna float to the air. Hanney was damn funny on the way to the MRT station, cuz when she LAUGHS, oh boy, she almost toppled to the ground. Cuz she was telling me about the car she had in mind, a suzuki model and apparently I heard suzuki shriek instead of suzuki swift.

So, I turned and looked at her and said, " ...... Suzuki SHRIEKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!???????"
Hanney: "..... AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!"
Me: " U want the car that go SHREIKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!???"
Hanney: *Throwing back her head and guffawing like a hyena* " AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!"

Hanney: " Omigawd can u imagine the car go SHRIEKKKKK?? Lets do it together, 1..2..3"

And this convo took place while we were walking along chijmes. And poor hanney was laughing for soooooooo long that even as we stepped into Raffles City she was stiil in laughing spasms. For a moment I wondered if the noodles she had for lunch will spill out togther with her laughter. HAHA... She reminds me of one of the Naruto episodes xiang showed me.. the one where this guy who NEVER laughs starts laughing like crazy when someone drugged his food. HEHEHEHEHHEHEHEHE

wheeheee... now its Nini's turn to write...ah xiang finish giving tuition liao ( of course, its 1.40am) and i think nick is sooooooooo dead.Nick is my little bro.:P cuz as ah xiang is marking the timed paper, all i heard was " ....no.. wrong...careless mistake... huh? what is this.. no marks.... hmm..." coming from Mr.Tutor. So, when nick walked into the room, i said ( in the most encouraging way I can) " Nick ah, you get an E.... E for Exasperation" *Sniggers* hehehehe im so bad... but ah well Nick knows how terrible he is at Math.. And so he said, " Aiya, E is too much la..." Yea man. I agree. He should get a "G", is there ever was a "G" in the grading scale. HAHAHAHA

IM SO HAPPY MY EXAMS ARE OFFICIALLY OVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!! LALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALA
Pardon me... all those out there still mugging and crying and dying for their exams.. hehehe JIAYOU!!!!!!!!!

And so, I was so HAPPY after the exams me and xiang went home to have a movie marathon. And whats a marathon without ammunition? Heh we went to Causeway point to buy snacks and shopping for snacks with xiang is a really fun experience!!! We went to valu$ cuz we are such poor, poor children and as usual xiang NEEDS his supply of coke. My bao bao drinks coke like a camel.So we bought 2 1.5L bottles of coke and when i went to grab a basket, that boy has already started eyeing all the tibits. Xiang wanted prawn crackers but i said no ( cuz he has an ulcer and upcoming sore throat) and he looked so dejected. HAHAHA... Then he wanted sweets, potato chips, twisties, chocolate biscuits, MORE sweets for his students, Chips Chips Chips...... If i hadn't said NO to half his choices i think we will end up looking like Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng in the show Love on A Diet. -.- Not to mention we ordered pizza and spicy drumlets on top of all that for dinner. Oh boy....



Fast food aside, which i think my bestie sherhan will scream and shake my flabby arms in horror if she sees this, our marathon turned out funnyyummilicious :D How our butts ached after sittting on a BLACK LEATHER sofa for almost 6 hours. Xiang started slouching and so did I cuz our butts couldn't take it anymore and we end up looking like 2 slugs sliding off a wet leaf.

Whoos.. I can't wait for tmr!!! Gonna make my holiday arrangements! And Sobs, cut my hair!!! :'( Okies i think i better stop writing.. I promise xiang not to sleep so late.. wahahahaha
